• How do I return an order?

  You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 days to actually send it back. Start your return at returns.sixthbloomhouse.com. Return postage is at your own cost.

• What does shipping cost?

  Within the Netherlands and the EU, standard shipping is €3.99 and free on orders over €120. Outside Europe shipping is €10, free over €250.

• How long does delivery take?

  We pack and send within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery takes 1-2 business days in the Netherlands, 2-5 in the rest of Europe and 5-10 in the rest of the world. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

• Can I pay later?

  Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, so you can pay after your order has arrived or spread the cost. Klarna decides what is available to you and shows the terms before you pay.

• Will I have to pay import duties?

  Not within the EU. Outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, your country may charge import VAT and customs duties. Those are set by the destination country rather than by us, and the carrier normally collects them before your parcel is handed over.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

  Email info@sixthbloomhouse.com as soon as you can. We pack within 1-2 business days, so the sooner you tell us the better. If it has already gone out, you still have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 to send it back.

• Can I exchange something for another size?

  Email info@sixthbloomhouse.com and we will arrange the swap, as long as the size you want is still in stock.
