- The item(s) you want to return
- (Optional) reason for return
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked method.
Shipping is always free on all orders.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the return until it arrives at our return address.
If you wish to change your order, please send an email to info@sixthbloomhouse.com. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
We hope you love your order but if something isn’t right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in original condition (including tags and original packaging where applicable)
- Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or odors may be refused or partially refunded
