How do I return my order?

Email us at returns@sixthbloomhouse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • (Optional) reason for return

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free on all orders.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the return until it arrives at our return address.
Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to info@sixthbloomhouse.com. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order but if something isn’t right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original condition (including tags and original packaging where applicable)
  • Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or odors may be refused or partially refunded
