Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) ship the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 or during the weekend ship on Monday. Every order is sent with track & trace.

Netherlands: 1–2 business days · Belgium: 1–3 · Europe: 2–5 · International: 5–10.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method.

Sizing

How do the items fit?
Most pieces have a boxy, oversized fit. Check the product description and our Size Guide, or size down for a more fitted look.
