This is not a traditional long sleeve.
Instead, the Cowboy Layered Longsleeve features a single-piece construction designed to replicate the look and proportion of layering:

• The upper body resembles a structured 325GSM T-shirt (clean jersey surface).
• The lower sleeves extend from inside the body visually like a 395GSM waffle long sleeve.
• Tonal panel integration and seam engineering make the layering effect seamless and authentic.

2 — Fabric & Dye Process

The garment is solid-dyed to create a deep, even tone across both the jersey and waffle components.

After dyeing, the entire garment is treated with a peaching process, lightly brushing the surface to create:
