Return & Withdrawal Policy — Sixth Bloom House

Your right to withdraw
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind,
without giving a reason. Let us know within those 14 days by emailing
info@sixthbloomhouse.com, or use the model withdrawal form. Once you have
told us, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of the items
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. If items come back
worn, washed, damaged or with tags removed, we may reduce your refund to
reflect the loss in value. Please return items in their original packaging
where possible.

Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning items to us. Use the portal for your Return https://returns.sixthbloomhouse.com/

Your refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery cost,
within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to pay until
we have the items back, or until you show proof that you sent them. The
refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Email us and we will arrange the swap,
subject to availability.

What cannot be returned
Gift cards

Sale items follow exactly the same rules as everything else. Faulty or wrong items If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email info@sixthbloomhouse.com with your order number and a photo.

We will put it right at our cost. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right above and does not replace your statutory rights.
