  • Some items may be produced or released in limited quantities (“drops”/limited editions).

If pre-orders are offered, estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and may change hiring production/shipping constraints.

6. Orders, payment & fraud prevention

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time (for example, suspected fraud, reseller patterns, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors). If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and shipping information.

7. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or upon first delivery attempt, depending on carrier rules). If a package is delayed due to the carrier or customs, we’re not liable for consequential losses.

8. Returns & right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

  • The withdrawal period usually starts the day you receive the goods.
